As leaders in our industry, we understand firsthand the transformative power of early career opportunities, especially for those who have been historically excluded or marginalized. This is the foundation of POV, a program created to provide pathways for underrepresented talent in the film industry.
POV offers industry-driven programming that includes hands-on technical training, mentorship, and soft skills development for young adults (ages 18-29). The program equips participants with enhanced skills, knowledge, and confidence to enter the workforce.
